 Kent, OHIO – Six Kent State entrepreneurs pitched their businesses to a panel of executive judges for a share of $21,000 in cash prizes at the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Spring Pitch competition held in Crawford Hall on April 17.The competition, hosted by the college’s John S. and Marlene J.   ā€œMen On Boatsā€ is described as ā€œa true(ish) comedic feminist retelling of  John Wesley Powell’s death-defying adventure down the Grand and Colorado Rivers with nine amateur explorers in 1869.ā€  The play is presented by students in Kent State’s School of Theatre and Dance.
